Naveed joined RLT in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in the education sector. Prior to joining RLT, Naveed worked in the HR team of a secondary school in Oxford for two years, Naveed, believes that working in HR is the ideal fit for him, allowing him to leverage his passion for building meaningful relationships. An Associate Member of CIPD, he also holds an MBA in strategic human resource management. Naveed is a cricket enthusiast. He plays for a local club in Oxfordshire and is also a qualified cricket coach.
